Blank hats have no minimum. General custom business and corporate orders start at 48 hats. Baseball and softball team orders start at 12 hats per design.
What file types work best for logos?
AI, EPS, SVG, and vector PDF files are preferred. Clear PNG, JPG, PDF, and WebP files can also be used to begin reviewing the project.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes. The artwork and order details are reviewed before the order moves into production.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on the Richardson style, inventory, decoration method, artwork approval, and ordering program. Graham Hats will confirm the expected timing for the specific project.
