Refund Policy & Returns
We want every Graham Hats order to be clear, accurate, and handled the right way. Please review our return policy before sending any product back.
Return authorization is required before any return is accepted.
To request a return, email Sales@grahamhats.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Returns on Blank Hats
Blank hat returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the hats are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Blank hats must be returned in the same condition they were received. Hats with signs of wear, decoration, alteration, damage, or handling that prevents resale may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Graham Hats made an error with the order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning hats. Graham Hats is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Restocking Fee
Approved blank hat returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee helps cover processing, handling, and the cost of returning inventory back into sellable condition.
Custom, Decorated, or Logo Hat Orders
Custom hats, decorated hats, embroidered hats, patch hats, logo hats, team orders, and special-order products are not eligible for return or refund unless there was an error made by Graham Hats.
Because these products are made specifically for your order, they cannot be returned due to customer preference, logo approval decisions, color choice, sizing choice, or change of mind.
Order Issues or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item, incorrect color, incorrect size, damaged product, or another order issue, please contact us right away at Sales@grahamhats.com.
Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it quickly and help make it right.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee or return-related charges.
Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Return Authorization Required
Do not ship any product back without return authorization.
Returns sent without approval may be refused or may not be eligible for refund.
