Shipping dates are estimates. Because blank Richardson hats may ship directly from Richardson warehouse locations, we do not guarantee a specific delivery date at checkout. Tracking will be provided when your order ships.

Backorders and Inventory Changes
Richardson inventory can move quickly. If an item becomes unavailable, backordered, or delayed after your order is placed, we will contact you with the available options.
Options may include waiting for the item, choosing another color or size, adjusting the order, or canceling the unavailable item.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. Graham Hats is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer.
Carrier Delays
Once an order leaves the warehouse or production facility, the carrier controls transit and delivery. Graham Hats is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, service interruptions, or delivery issues outside our control.
Order Issues After Delivery
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, email Sales@GrahamHats.com within 5 business days of delivery.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if the product or packaging is damaged.
